We're a small team — every message reaches a person, usually the same day.
What to include
- For order help: your order number (in your confirmation email) and what you need.
- For product questions: the compound name and what you're trying to evaluate — we can point you to relevant literature or COAs.
- For damaged shipments: photos of the package and the product, plus the order number.
- For compound requests: name, dosage, and any reference protocol you're working from. We add to the catalog based on what researchers ask for.
What we cannot help with
We do not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations for humans, or guidance on uses outside of a laboratory research context. Per our terms, all compounds are sold for research use only.
